Attorney Tauna R. Bogle served as an assistant State Attorney for the Sixth
Judicial Circuit in Pinellas county Florida from 2001-2006. As a prosecutor,
she handled every aspect of misdemeanor and felony cases from the initial
investigation and interviewing of witnesses to the verdict of a jury at trial.
Attorney Bogle was a member of the DUI Manslaughter/Traffic Homicide Team,
a Child Abuse prosecutor, and a Lead Trial Attorney for a Misdemeanor
division. Attorney Bogle also prosecuted local ordinance violations, presented
cases for indictment to the Grand Jury and tried both jury and non-jury
trials. Attorney Bogle has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict.
