As a prosecutor, she handled every aspect of Misdemeanor and Felony cases from the initial investigation and interviewing of witnesses to the verdict of a jury at trial. Tauna was a member of the DUI Manslaughter/Traffic Homicide Team, a Child Abuse prosecutor, and a Lead Trial Attorney for a Misdemeanor division. She has also prosecuted local ordinance violations, presented cases for indictment to the Grand Jury and tried both jury and non-jury trials. Tauna has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict.
